Large Unusual Coffee Table
Large French 1930s coffee table.
This unusual and striking table is topped with a single large and very thick slab of timber. The table top is of attractive asymmetric form, bevelled to one end and tapering away at the other.
The top is supported on a very decorative wrought-iron base, comprised of four pronounced S-scrolls and joined by a scrolling cross-stretcher.
The timber has a lovely deep patina which makes a beautiful contrast with the black lightly weathered iron.
This is a great statement piece which will be useful and highly decorative in any interior.
